High speed rubber track without iron core

Traditional rubber tracks consist of three parts: iron core, steel cord, and rubber. They are suitable for low-speed operation at 15KM/H. In military applications, rubber tracks often need to run at speed of over 60km/h for a long time. During high-speed driving, the internal structure of the track is prone to damage and surface wear due to high temperatures. Taite improves the service life in high-speed applications by exploring different track internal structures and rubber compound.

Rubber track for ultra-low temperature environment

The traditional rubber tracks can only work in an environment with a minimum temperature of -20 ℃. If the temperature further decreases, the rubber will lose its flexibility and become brittle, making it prone to cracking. This project further explores the extreme low-temperature working environment of rubber tracks, and the newly developed rubber compound is expected to work in extreme environments ranging from -40 ℃ to -50 ℃. At present, the samples have been tested in the Siberian region.
